So I met this girl in a college festival last monday, I was very drunk but ended up in her place. The sex, admittedly, wasn't that great (really drunk), but she seemed interested and I met her again at night and spent the night there.

When I got back to my city, I didn't think much of it, but she found me on Facebook and told me she was in her hometown, which is only 30 mins away from me, so we arranged to meet today.

When she met me, she kissed me on the cheek, which didn't bother me but I found somewhat strange. The conversation was nice and at some points I feel like we really connected as we had similar experiences with some parts of our lives, however she was physically kinda distant, I tried holding her hand while walking and she broke it, also when I tried to touch her back or something she would get a little more distant. Verbally we were pretty well off, the conversation turned sexual lots of times and I could tell she seemed at least a bit into me, but physically it didn't go very far.

When I dropped her at her place, the sexual tension was there when we were saying goodbye, but it seemed off after the rest of the date, so I didn't go for the kiss (maybe a mistake).

I left chalking it up to a loss, no biggie, you can't win them all, but she sent me a message saying: "You were really cute today!! :D Thanks for making the effort to come here!"

I know it isn't much, but I honestly wasn't expecting to ever hear from her again, and I'm sure how to respond, or really if I should respond, because it seems a bit of a low effort text, and if she isn't interested I'd rather stop wasting my time.
