I'm 6'0" 175lbs. I've been lifting for four years but only super seriously and dedicated since I found trp in June. My current exercise routine goes:

Day 1 - (Bench 5 x 5, Dips 3 x 12, Incline 3 x 10, Flys 3 x 10 with tricep work inbteween too)

Day 2 - (Pull ups 3 x 10, Bent over rows 3 x 10, Lat pull downs 3 x 10, Rows 3 x 10 with bicep work inbetween back exercises)

Day 3 - Weighted abs + ab routine and 45 minute run, then start back at Day 1 the next day

I am currently eating pretty well, usually a salad with meat for lunch and some healthyish meat meal for dinner. I have about 14% bf and can see defined abs while flexing in the right light but only an outline w/out flexing. However, I maxed out my beginner gains and am stuck at around 175 for 5 x 5 of bench. I am clearly pretty muscular to the point where people tell me, but I could get bigger.

Although winter is starting, I go to college in LA and will still have plenty of time outside with my shirt off (but I have a month vacation at home about to start). Would you recommend keep eating lean and lose the 5-10lbs needed to half a clearly defined 6 pack, or do a pretty clean bulk and then cut in February? Any other critiques of my workout plan?
