Depends on the circumstance.

Don't be a douche bag, or even overthink these things.

If it is a legitimate need and will greatly help them out/they have their hands full/you are standing right next to it, then sure.

If it seems that the main reason for doing it is to be lazy, or being spoilt and there is no benefit to you doing it vs her doing it, then be aware of it. Especially if they are doing it a lot.

It is about your personal values. I have no problem with helping someone out who genuinely needs it or doing someone a favour. If I see it starts being less of an appreciated act by me to an expectation based on their laziness then I don't do it for anyone, just as I wouldn't do it to someone else.

If its easier for her to get it, then you shouldn't. If she's asking you to pass the salt, it's non-consequential, and you should.

If she asks you to go to the store and buy her something, then no, don't.
