I'm 22, I live in a small village with my parents in the Israel, nothing to do, bad jobs, no social life or night life, everything's dead, it's a shithole.

Recently I got an offer to study in a Tattoo school in Miami, I need 45k$ and I have 20k$ now, and I have 2 options.

Stay with my parents and live like shit while saving 4-5k$ a month and I could fly to study in 5-6 months or I could move to a decent apartment in Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv, lots of women, awesome social life, beaches, small scene, could really build my social life and improve myself, but there will be a lot of expenses and I could barley save 1-1k a month and I will fly to Miami only in 1.5-2 years and I might lose the oprotunity.

My 3rd option is to go to the bank and ask for a loan and just fly now, but I don't think I'd do that.

What would you do? I really want to live my parents house, get out with women, go to bars with friends and have some fun, but I also really wanna fly out to Miami already and study, sick of working on BS cashiers jobs.
