So I met this girl that came in to my work as a customer (I’m a host at a restaurant) she was throwing me a lot of IOI’s and I decided to give her my number and she accepted it with a huge smile on her face.

The thing is that I’m 19 years old, I thought she was 18 but she ended up turning 17 just a month ago. I live in a state where even though the age gap is not so big, anything sex related with an underage is a crime.

On the first date we went to the movies and she was the one making the first moves (leaning on me, hugging me, talking to me). We had a great time and we ended up kissing.

I don’t know what to do? I feel like there’s gonna be a point where both of us are gonna want to have sex but again I really don’t want to get in any kind of trouble.

Should I proceed and be caution or just not do it?
