I read on another post that men should always be seeking to improve themselves mentally, physically and creatively. I have no problems with my physical self as I've been lifting for a long time and it definitely shows. For the mental aspect, I signed up for French classes yesterday on a spur of the moment, paid on the spot so I can't procrastinate my way out of it. In terms of creative self improvement, I need some ideas on skills that are fun, highly useful/valued by people. I love music, but not really into picking up an instrument right now. Perhaps painting, or art classes?

Also, a separate question on approaching women. I have no problems talking to people in general, and have many female friends that have liked me, but I have friend zoned. I'm pretty sure the reason why they were attracted to me is because I didn't give a fuck what they thought and acted non-needily. However, everything changes when I see an attractive female. I know I should be treating them all as equally unimportant, but I have never been able to approach a female I find attractive. Even when they give me ioi's, I find myself unable to do it. I've read and know exactly what to do, about the abundance mentality, awalt and all that but I just can't bring myself to do it. Any tips for getting out of this mental rut?
