I've seen a few posts about sleep, but another definitely won't hurt. Sleep Smarter by Shawn Stevenson, this is a book that everyone should read, no matter what you're doing in life. As someone who suffered consequences of bad sleep, and lost a parent (who maybe could've been saved, had I known of these things), this book has helped changed my life and future. For those of you who won't read the book, the most important takeaway is going to sleep between 21 and 23, depending on how late it gets dark where you are. Sleep minimum 6 hours / or 7 hours 30 min / or 9 hours (I do 9) to avoid interrupting your sleep cycle when waking up. Going to sleep around 22 will increase the quality and value of the sleep you get, and help decrease risk of countless health issues, such as cancer. It also boosts anti-estrogen hormone.

That's all go read the book y'all
