Spinning plates/dread game while in LTR?

Not really in context, but this is what my dad told me when I was 14. Note that this country was a much different place back then, still developing.

"While your young, you're not guna find "the love of your life". You're too young and stupid, no offense. But everyone likes to think that. So, your relationships until you reach say.. 25, are not really a big deal. Maybe at the time, but unless that person stays the same mental age until their 40's and 50's, they'll probably look back and laugh.

When I was 17, I had 4 girlfriends at one time. One in 'town X', one in 'town Y', one in 'town Z' and the other was from 'hometown'.

If one fucked up, I'd let them see or hear of me being with another. But they never knew about each other, really. Doing this scared them, kept them in line. They all thought we were exclusive. But in reality, I could be with one on Saturday morning, go out Saturday night and have a one night stand, and meet another the next day. I had fun.

Just be smart about it, don't brag to your friends and don't mention being in a relationship. Let the girls build it up in their own head. So if you are found out, you 'didn't think you were THAT serious'.

I forgot about it until recently. My dad is pretty RP, even with my mum now. So, I still spin plates while in an LTR. But I never say it's a LTR. For all I know, she's out fuckin some other guys while I'm with other girls. I don't care tbh, she still comes back, and I'm no beta bitch to her. I must be doin' something right.

Oh yeah, and if you're like me, don't overthink. Oneitis is a bitch.
