I am currently reading Bachelor Pad Economics, and half seriously the author says that in college you can try to find a sugar mommy at a “cougar bar”.

How possible is a scenario like this? Where the sugar mommy actually benefits you financially.

Also, this isn’t a “I want to go find a sugar mommy question.” I just want to see how many of you have been in similar situations and if it’s as possible as the author says it is.
