Sup fellas

A year ago I had two inguinal hernias repaired, I am 20 years old. The repairs were done laparoscopically and with mesh. I have been in pretty excruciating non-stop groin pain, and testicular pain ever since. The doctors pretty much always tell me it's fine and I just need to learn to deal with it.

My left testicle now has what looks like a big varicocele, and it enlarges and kills every time I work out. My libido has been in the toilet since I noticed it, but an ultrasound showed my testicles are getting proper circulation. It comes and goes and tends to disappear while I'm at the doctor's, so they haven't even had a chance to see it yet.

I haven't really been able to smile fully like I used to, because imagine smiling while you're getting hit in the nuts.

Does anyone have any wisdom for me? Like, has anyone had a similar situation? I've been seeing my surgeon and multiple urologists

It's also worth noting that I have a pretty good sex life, career etc
