Not that my text game is perfect or anything, but I've been abusing Tinder and OKC to practice it, my tips are:

Avoid going into details about you, be vague.
A couple of "interview" type of questions are necessary, try to think as if you were screening for your future wife.
As soon as you see an opportunity to sexualize the convo or tease her, do it, do not force it though, for example, wordplay should be dumb and easy.
Always think of text game as short comfort building convo leading to the actual meet up, emphasis on short.
Whenever you get to that point where you don't know how to answer or you don't find whatever she's telling you interesting, do not fake interest, reply with a neutral thing like "Hahaha" something like that, you control the flow of the conversation, you don't force yourself to react to her.
