Plan B is never bad but usually the chances of getting a girl pregnant are low unless you hit a stric window at ovulation

Also with the lowered testosterone, estrogen in food and water, soy, bad food, lack of exercise...you’re probably very poorly fertile as it is, provided you’re in a cucked country.
