23 and fresh out of university, landed a job at a local credit union. Every other job I've had were basically dead end retail or summer labour jobs where I ended up slacking off a lot. Im ready to take advantage of this new job where there is potential to climb the ranks.

What can I do to stay successful in my job and not become a slacker like I did with all my jobs? What are some good newtworking tips for when first starting out?
