I'm sure everyone knows someone like this, they don't have to be someone who is always looking for a fight, but people just don't generally want to pick fights with them.

Is it just their willingness to participate in violence win or lose, or is it their proficiency at violence, that garners this type of respect from others?

I'm not trying to find out how to always be the tough guy in the room, and I understand that fighting is a horrible option with how today's court system is.

I just am curious what makes those guys, those guys.

Is this just a form of confidence, that would naturally be portrayed after learning a martial art like BJJ?
