Hey, this is my first time posting so please let me know if my post is not in order with the rules but my issue is simple.

I'm 19, consider myself pretty Alpha, which I think may play into this scenario. I'm going to be working at a sit down, fast food restaurant. There a few old hags(lord forgive me lol) that work at the job that I would prefer not to have to deal with constant their constant bitching. I have worked here before and coming back with a more red pill mindset I notice they often nag at/bitch/complain loudly if they feel you're doing to well (i.e making your tips, taking tables, and generally efficiently doing your job) the reason is because these ladies are most likely stuck to work here and have very little other income and would do anything that throws you off your game or makes you seem like a less than adequate server. This wouldn't be a problem except for the fact that the rest of the management are either females that will go back and forth with them or beta pussy managers who will give them whatever they want to silence their constant wailing.

In case I haven't been clear, I am looking for a proper approach to this situation. I want to be able to go to work, make my tips, and minimize the bitch tactics and general temper tantrums of these women when they realize another good, probably better server is on the floor.
