As the title suggests reading TRP material for a while has made me quite paranoid about women.

My default expectation is that they lie about everything etc.

I believe it's good to remain sceptical, but i feel like it's a bit too much.

Anyone else feel this way or have some suggestions for toning down the scepticism/paranoia?
