I just wanted to get an opinion on using a fake name.

When travelling I often go by a fake name as I rarely follow laws and figured it's harder for me to be identified.

I am returning to university next year (havent decided if ill break up with LTR yet) and was wondering whether I should use a fake name, it seems silly but I've had a few run ins with the law and have had pregnancy scares in the past which has led me to thinking "shit I wish I gave her a fake name".

My university has an average student cycle of 3 years and I haven't been extremely active socially. I'd say about 2% of the university knows me but I'd get completely new social groups.

Only time they could discover my name is when IDed at clubs. I would make a separate facebook for anything female related and for tinder purposes plus get a new phone number not connected to my name.

I just wanted an opinion on this and the pros/cons other people have had.
