Hey TRP. Currently in a new academic program and things have changed. I'm no full blown chad by any means but I've always been a pretty good looking dude. Lost about 20 lbs to get my first jawline and put on a little muscle. Needless to say, tingles will be tingles and chicks have been checking me out relentlessly for the first 3 months and being physically attractive is part of my campus reputation. People have been talking about it but I've run into a problem. I know women want validation from high SMV males approaching, but I had a situation where a fuckable HB6 gave heavy IOI's, invited me out to drink with her days later, got really drunk, flirty and touchy with me then after leaving and walking around hand in hand, blows me out on a kiss. Turns out she's dating this other guy who wants an LTR and she's leading him on as well.

She was pretty much blackout for all of it and were cool now, didn't show any butthurtedness about it and never caught feelings in the first place. Girls will IOI and flirt just to get you to approach and blow you out once you try to cash in because it makes them feel good. It's the female equivalent of a ONS for men.

Now there's this other HB8/9 who has been staring at me constantly since the program started. I catch her all the time and she hasn't stopped. Met her accidentally with some buddies and I've been playing aloof/disinterested from the get go as I've been super busy. Casually mentions she has a bf embedded in normal conversation one time we happened to be going home the same time. She wasn't lying and while it can be a shit test to see if ill give a fuck it could also be plausible deniability of her blowing me out completely, with the excuse that she " has a boyfriend" and I should have known. 18-24 year old HB7-10's have so many options they can ignore SMV 1-6's lead on SMV7/8's for an esteem stabilizer and bang SMV9/10s because the abundance line's out the door. Throw a confirmed bf in the mix and you've got a tough call.

My question is, how do you distinguish a chick who seriously may be down for some action or a validation whore who's manipulating you into giving them an ego boost out of unavailability or an intentional pump and dump. Don't want to accumulate a losing record around here.
