I seem to have cycles where I believe in myself and feel very confident, and then other days I don't believe in myself and tend to sabotage my frame of mind.

Examples:

For the most part, I consider myself a handsome and attractive guy.

When I am out and feeling good, talking and mingling people, sometimes my mind will convince myself that i'm not what I think I am, and to be careful - or self doubt if you will.

Another example occurs with weight training. Most days I consider myself a vet with weight lifting. I've been at it for 10 years and I know I look decent (200 lbs at 5'10" 15% BF) but there are other days where I wonder where people can even notice if I work out.

Does this happen to anyone else? Any tips to avoid self-hate or self-doubt? I realize it's sort of insecurity and validation seeking, but I don't know how to combat it effectively.

It's almost like for the longest time I was in a state of bliss, but now I'm not sure if I am delusional or not? Am I as attractive as I believe or is it my ego? Am I as fit as I believe or is it my ego?

Am I delusional with my abilities?
