No. That's insane.

Join a gym and lift 3-4x a week. If you find yourself bored, go lift once more.
Start finding hobbies that don't involve your boring friends and boring girlfriend. Note that I said hobbies, plural.
I am a big fan of young dudes driving for Uber at least 10 hours a week. It teaches you to interact with random people, earns you a little cash, and gets you away from the girlfriend and any stupid wasteful addictions like Netflix or video games.
Start getting active with your girlfriend. Do outdoor things. Or take some dance lessons so you can be a kick ass dancer (my dancing skills at weddings is killer thanks to a girlfriend I had 20 years ago). Cook dinner together. Go play frisbee or throw a football with her. These are all things YOU have to like to do for yourself, not for her.

Chances are, the relationship is over and she hasn't fully checked out because she hasn't found a new branch to swing to. She's made the final warning, so now it's time for you to get busy living.
