you will get a little age and maturity. but this is a good thing. sleep will be most important, you will need your sleep and not have a desire to stay up all night and party, which is good.

you will need to eat better, your digestive system can become more sensitive.

you may start to have prostate difficulties, which in turn, affects your sleep if you don't plan your sleep schedule properly.

you become better at sex (from experience) and enjoy it more.

if you become red pill aware, and I hope that you do, you will have peace and tranquility and enjoy life more.
