Personally, i'd take some time to heal and get well. (be that however you want: acquiring plates, upping your count, partying hard, doubling down on work, going recluse for a while to introspect,...) Realize that the moment she made that decision, your life stopped being about her. (Ideally it never was primarily about her, but you get what i mean?)

Only after you can emotionally distance yourself from the situation, I'd analyse what happened and which lessons i can take away from it.
