Sounds to me like you regretted hooking up with said person and are now seeking social approval to justify your actions. Just own up to it and move on, if you have feelings then you should pursue. If not, then don't. Simple.

Nothing. Alcohol lowers your inhibitions, doesn't change what you want.

Take responsibility for your own actions, and if you don't want certain shit to happen, don't get drunk.

Someone you would do while sober(hot chick, crush) vs drunk(fatty, samesex, friend who's clingy, that chick know to have herpes) determines if it's a mistake.

Edit so that was a response to your title I didn't see you made some other entirely different question. To answer that, I'd say just treat like a friend. Don't confess shit, if she's interested she'll make it clear. you treat her like every other woman once she starts chasing. But don't try anything lovey dovey, nothing will turn her off faster
