Just retired from a law enforcement career. Was on SWAT for 10 years, firearms instructor. Lot of cool/dangerous/gross stories to tell.

49 years old and still lift regular. When out and about it is still apparent that i can "deal" with situations that may arise. That being capable shit makes them wet as hell.

Looks wise, hair was badly thinning so said screw it and shaved it. 5'10 230 ish, as i sad i still lift. Dress very well, looks i would say 5 or 6, but like i said above, lift, IDGAF attitude, dress well and be capable and for some women that boost me to a 7 or 8.

Compared to other slopy ass 49 year old single men i can pull. Now whether or not i want to put up with their BS is a different matter all together. I would describe myself has half TRP and half MGTOW.
