I'd take Sam Walton, Ray Kroc, Mark Cubans blog, Starbucks guy , those sit on my shelf. I liked Sam's book though as u see how a 15 million dollar company went and beat a 300 million company. How he lost a couple years of work cuz he didn't read the lease properly and how he lost his first 2 stores but didn't give up but got stronger and stronger. Grab the key lessons and also get blue ocean strategy for plan and execution.

Don't read biographies. Well, they beat 50 Shades of Grey, but they're still porn. Motivation is not found in reading, but in doing. Take action, any action. No matter how small or imperfect a step you take, it will motivate you more than the most rousing speech in history.
