I'm using a throwaway account. I don't typically browse this sub, but I really need some advice.

I'm in college and I met this girl my first semester. She lived in my building and we had a lot of mutual friends, but we didn't talk a lot. Flash forward to sophomore year and we are at a party together. After we both leave we are alone together and we end up making out. I Uber back to her place and we are in bed about to fuck but she says she can't because she is worried her roommate (and really good friend) will be upset because she had a crush on me the year before (I have zero interest in the roommate). I'm kinda pissed inside but I respect her decision and we just fall asleep. Eventually her roommate finds out anyways and there is some small fallout but everything mostly goes back to normal.

The girl says she is upset with the way her roommate handled the situation and she doesn't care anymore. She says she wants to have sex with me. Her place is obviously off limits so she has to come to mine because her roommate won't let us be together. I try to set up a time with her and EVERY time we plan to hook up, she has something come up last minute. She swears up and down she really wants to do this and that she isn't messing with me. I half believe her, because during this time she would send me any kind of nude I asked for and I would send some to her as well.

It's been over a year since we first made out at the party and it's just gotten to the point where I don't think it's a coincidence and she is playing games with me. She doesn't completely ignore me though. She will send random texts here and there, but usually nothing sexual unless I make it sexual. Should I keep talking to her and be patient, or completely cut her off and start fresh?

She's not extremely attractive, but she's a decent plate for the time being. I should also mention she hooked up regularly with a guy in her building last year. She got somewhat attached to him, but he was a senior and graduated last spring so things ended between them. She has told me she hasn't had sex since the summer and really wants to hook up with me. I don't think she's talking to anyone else right now because we are open with each other about others that we talk to.

If it matters at all, I've only had sex with two girls, one was a short-term gf and the other was a random Tinder hookup from last year. I'm pretty bad with online dating and my game is pretty weak in general, but I still try to no luck usually.
