It doesn’t matter if I’m jacked,rich,took in all of the pills ideas if people can’t understand me.

I have a clutter speech impediment and I have to repeat nearly every single thing I say.

I barely want to speak anymore because I’ll either be unable to say it( think as if the word gets trapped in your throat but you can’t say it) or if I do manage to get it out, no one understands what I say.
