I prefer to "sweat it out" whenever I am sick. You'll usually feel the worst in the morning, once you get going it's not as bad.

Kratom works wonder for me when I have a cold, it more or less masks all the symptoms and gives you energy to do work.

I lay in bed and sleep my ass off so I get better as soon as possible. Nothing is worse than prolonging the shit to act like a badass.

They say without treatment a cold last 7 days, and with medical treatment a week.

There was a study showing zinc will help when taken on the first day, but it was retracted
