Literally, I have no respect for my choices.

I start a day thinking that I am going to work, then home, then hit the gym, read a little and sleep.

What happens is that I am always getting a call by one friend or another to grab a coffee or go to cinema or just hand around and I'm never saying no. I am trying to find every possible escape from actually doing the right thing.

I would choose company over solitude every single time.

What do I need to read in order to start to understand what am I brainwired this way? What's the science behind this? Thanks.
