I was dating a girl a while ago , and she monkey branched to me while she was dating another guy . I asked her what happened between them and she told me that "he was too nice" . Anyway I was probably the least good looking guy that was after her but I managed to win the competition. Do they really actually monkey branch to a higher SMV guy or just a random guy after the infatuation stage is over? I'm asking this cause , even when I was dating her she wouldn't monkey branch to higher SMV guys ( I'm not very good looking and she's 8.5-9) . Even a guy that with model looks couldnt get her to monkey branch . But as time went by and things started to fizzle out she eventually branched to an orbiter of hers in the friendzone , aka white knight.

The question is , do they actually monkey branch to a higher SMV guy or just a random dude that attracts them after they get bored? My experience says the latter. The branch happened after repeated drama moments we had.
