Why do I lift? Because it’s my passion, it’s my mission in life to become the best, to have the best body I can ever achieve, it’s a lifestyle at this point in my life; if I don’t lift I feel like I’m just wasting my life away.

I lift for a couple of reasons; to feel/look better, which in turn attracts girls. Interesting thought about the amount of energy one has - I agree that by lifting, you have more energy to spare when talking to girls and somewhere in the deep equation on why you feel more alive with the habit of lifting this might have a role. Although I think you could explain this phenomena in another way.

When you lift, your body gains more muscle. More muscle means that your body is stronger, which means that the body doesn't require as much energy for certain actions. If you walk up a hill, it'd certainly be easier if one has trained legs than if not. By having more muscle mass, it is easier to conserve energy. When your body conserves energy, it suddenly has more energy at disposal. I also think that your body feels a need to get rid of excessive energy each day, so if you have more energy at disposal the body will find another/a new way to get rid of this energy, e.g. being social. But being social isn't just a consequence of having energy at disposal; if you look good, you'll get different responses from people around you, and that certainly gives in to the equation of sociality. You'll sublimely notice that people gives you different responses and your body will react to that aswell, by giving stimulus that makes you feel good. This will keep you wanting to socialize, since one's body craves stimulus. Also, by lifting, your natural T goes up. This also plays a role in how you look at yourself, how others look at you and makes you want to socialize, since testosterone in itself plays a role with self confidence. This also deepens your voice

As I'm writing this I come up with shitton of stuff that would affect all of this, but it's too much for me to write down in a single comment as it is right now.

First off, that the heart is a muscle. When one sees an attractive woman, the heart beats faster, which necessitates energy expenditure. In order to approach her, one requires energy to power other muscles (be it the legs or the trachea).
