That might have something to do with it. If some 10yo kid came up to you, you'd do the same. That aside try the following:

Maintaining closely cropped facial hair.

A styled hair cut suited to your facial structure or close buzz cut.

Work out religiously.

Work on your wardrobe, do you dress like you're in your 20s or like a 14-18yo? Make sure you clothes fit well and aren't too baggy.

Practice speaking more slowly and with a slightly deeper voice.

Maintain eye contact, confident body language and stay calm/amused in social interactions.

Whenever you get a chance, go out of your way to do things that are hard/extreme/toughening and involve the outdoors. Like rock climbing, white water rafting, hiking for a few hours and work up to all day or overnight (best done with at least 1 other person for safety.) Doing things like this give you "character", afterwards you realize that every day interactions like socializing with random people such as that hot girl at the store aren't such a big deal in comparison to navigating grade 4 or 5 rapids, climbing a mountain or sky diving. And when you get good enough you can take a date/LTR with you for fun.

Try suiting up, they are not that expensive and worth the investment.

Marshalls is a great place to get a decent suit in the 300-400$ range, GET IT TAILORED TO FIT YOU!!

get a proper white shirt (TAILORED), tie, belt and shoes.

How you dress is how you present yourself, I suspect you still dress like a teenager?
