There's not reason a sub for men couldn't be economically viable for Reddit. And no, not one about relationship

These are guesses. In business you guesses lead to failure. Everything is tested no matter how it might seem and then one acts accordingly to the data.

My bet would be that reddit did all the testing. They have the data form ALL the subs. They know what is the most popular and active.

There's so many subs on this platform that there's plenty on subs like you describe... But they are not as popular.

I guaranty that if Red Pill had like 1.5 amount of subscribers that 2x has and have equivalent activity level it will be one of "the defaults". And the reddit would change it's image to 'place for men'.

Business always follows money.

P Edit: P.S. What I meant to say about the red pill sub is that if it be one of 5 biggest subs on reddit. No matter how it's "against the agenda" right now, it would not be silenced. It would be a really stupid decision to ban one of the bigger cash generator of your business.
