In your context, it works just fine. It's advised for people to play it safe with logistics, rather than try sexting cringe shit, because most guys fuck that part up. Plus, if you already had sex then you can tell her anything, if it works for you then it works.

I don't think anyone opposes sexting per se. It's just that so many guys essentially use it as a rejection buffer for girls that they haven't actually banged. It's a lot easier to sit at home and play pretend rather than escalate and face potential rejection in a real time situation.

Because texting is a very indirect form of communication. There is no human element to it. You can't hear the person, you can't see them, you can't feel them, you can't smell them. You can't build rapport or escalate by texting. Plus you guys are more likely to say or do some dumb shit that will cost you an otherwise willing pussy. Texting is a waste of time. Only use texting to set up meetings. If u have something to say, call or meet up.
