Is it best to just ignore them and only communicate about work? I found that this girl I was socializing would go and tell others , causing conflict. I also found out that people talk about me and make fun of me behind my back, including the girl .I’ve decided to ignore her , except if I have to talk to her. She’s trying to figure out why I’m ignoring her and is trying to get on my good side . Ps, this job is only for 6 months because I need the money
