Rejection is better than regret. It won't be awkward if you don't over think it. Honestly tho you haven't stepped up to the plate and your already think about how you're gonna deal when she says no. Don't think just pull the trigger.

Yeah imma regret not saying something. Who knows she might quit tomorrow. The thing is I don't wanna do it at work just cause most of the people at work know I have a crush on her, and it just make it weird. So would sending a message me acceptable? Also I have social anxiety I m sure I'd chicken out of I did it in person. Thanks for the quick reply 👍

Do I say I have a crush on her? Or ask if she has a bf? Sorry I ve been out of the dating game for a while. Trying to focus on myself and well being.

Nah keep it simple. Just ask her if she wants to kick it. No pretense and don't tell her you like her or that it's a date. If she rejects you you be like "woah I just meant as friends, I don't like you that way lol" and play it off.
Glad you're focusing on improving yourself, that should be your main focus anyway. Women are attracted to men who know their own worth.
Hmm I should have mentioned that I m a 20 year old virgin. Should that mean a different approach?

It's a bit difficult cause we work in a restraunt I m a dishy and she is a waitress, and our interactions are quite limited cause she has to be out the front taking orders and stuff. And she usually leaves within and hour or two after I start. I don't don't wanna bring it up at work cause all the chefs and other staff know I have a crush on her and they make it awkward sometimes even when I talk to her. I don't really wanna do it via message but it's a better option tbh. Like I could bring it up but I don't know how to express it. If that makes sense? Cause I don't wanna go out and make her uncomfortable but I also don't wanna make seem like I just wanna be friends with her.
