There are hundreds of scenarios and its difficult to explain every situation and you cant master them all, sometimes you fail one. The best way is always to ignore it completely and go on with your life. Mostly these guys are scum and complete losers that have nothing to lose and you dont wanna pick a fight with someone that has nothing to lose. Just pick the wrong fight and this idiot cuts you up, congratulations you lost your life for nothing.

Be muscular, stand wide and dont look like a pushover and you disable 90% of these idiotic events.

Yeah with your girl in tow you need to show some boundaries at times but mostly my girls always respected the ignore solution because they are safe and that what counts for them.
