so me and my boyfriend arent barely having sex we probably have sex 3 times out the month and he still doesnt eat me out.

Unless you're wanting to end up in the papers or on some lame reality TV show, break up with him and don't date his brother.
There's plenty of fish in the sea. Surely you're not so desperate that you can't find someone fine outside of this particular family?

If you're financially dependent on the guy and live with his family, then why would you even consider fucking his brother, who I assume either lives there, or frequently comes over, as he is family?
Your first order of business is obviously to work your way up to moving out.

If your visa is expired, you ought to be leaving the country.
Or getting another visa for there or somewhere else.
Either of those things would solve the problem, right?
i grew up here most of my family is here so why would i leave the country and go back to africa.. and i cant get a job due to my visa being expired.. i try to do under the table but it doesnt last long and to renew your visa is like over 600

I realize the situation is difficult. But that doesn't change the fact that sorting your visa situation is, or should be your top priority.
You want a good love life or a relationship, you can't have that until you fix your living situation.
You can't fix your living situation without money.
Money and jobs aren't as easy without the visa.
Which brings you to the overall conclusion that is really inescapable. Worrying about whether or not to fuck your BFs brother, is ignoring the real issues. Sort your visa. Have you considered a student visa? Have you considered other countries which are westernized, that might be easier to get a visa for?
You want to be happy? You're not going to be while you are stuck with a boyfriend you don't appear to love, so you have a place to live. You certainly won't be happy if you cheat on this "boyfriend" and get broken up with and kicked out to the curb without a visa.
