Neh. Because when she asks you “anything else” it’s in the obvious frame of would you like to buy any other items we have for sale.
To ask for a date then will come across as socially unaware, cheesy, and will knock her too much off balance.
Do it on some slow day, after being a bit flirty with your body language, and after you are done the process of shopping.

Hard to tell you what flirty language is, because so much of it has to be natural.
Eye contact, slight smile, light teasing, etc
