Cheekily mention the fact she's single, "Soo, you can come for that coffee now that your single?" in a lighthearted way. Why not just put it out there, no point in hiding it behind the friendship facade.

Dude, if she's attractive in the fit gym way, some other dude is gonna get there while you are contemplating all this stuff.

You should be playing to win instead of playing to not lose.

If she cared she would remember that you proposed a drink already and it would make sense for her to ask you out this time. Since she is not doing it I think that she is either not single or not interested.

So, my suggestion is to not pursue her.

Buy her some type of candy. Some kinda classy chocolate or something. That will throw you over the edge.

Side note: most men don’t buy women little cute thoughtful things, so you will always sky rocket up a woman charts by doing that. You will always leave a bigger impression if you aim to do things other men aren’t doing.

Most men go about women the same way, therefore women see these acts over and over and over.
