Just a little bit on asking questions in a conversation, make sure you're asking the right, fun, interesting conversations. So I thought I would post some everyday questions, how I would ask them and why.
How are you/what you been doing - "what's your day been like?"generally gets a better more informative response. It's got a better flow on what to move onto.
What do you do for a living? - "you look like a insert adventurous job but something tells me you're not. this gives a bit of fun and edge to the conversation.
do you like anything? - here I like to make a statement first, for example, I'm really into travelling, my favourite place is etc, do you like travelling? this gives an good indication of whether she complies and accepts your interests/ tries to relate to your interests which is of course an good IOI.
"would you like a drink" - now, I don't usually offer drinks, only when I play bar games, and this is a great little bar game. The challenge is for you (the artist) to drink 3 glasses of water, before she drinks on shot. There are rules. She can only start drinking after you have finished the first glass and put it down. No one can touch anyone's drinks, and you have to put down your glass after you have finished the drink. Pick up your first glass, finish the water, put it down upside down over her drink and because she can't touch your glass, she weeps as you finish the rest of your drinks. Tell her you'll exchange her that shot if she does something for you. Fun little game.
These are just a few off the top of my head, I'll edit more in if I have time. Add some of your own in the comments!!
