"Give me your number we should hang out sometime." And then just call/text her a couple days later. Three points: 1. How are you/how was your day? 2. What are you doing at [time] on [day of week]? (note, the date should be three days in advance because its not too far in advance and it's not too last minute) 3. Lets [get dinner, get coffee, go to the mall] on [whatever date you had in mind] (remember to be specific about date, time, and place) -if yes "awesome, see you then" and end the convo -if she says "what about another day, figure out what works, "awesome, see you then" (remember, dont be too available) -if she has plans. "Ah man I was gonna ask if you wanted to [get coffee, etc]" --if she says "sounds like fun, another time?" agree and try again in a few days to a week. If she can't a second time she's not into you --if she doesnt suggest another time she's not into you

So a bar that Ive been frequently going to lately has a beautiful bartender that always strikes up conversation with me, always hugs me when I leave, and buys me drinks semi-often out of nowhere.
Often these sorts of connections are a GREAT way to meet other people who go to that venue/bar.
But if you want to risk that on the off chance that she's interested in you, then ask to add her on FB, then invite her to join you in doing something.

I agree, they are. Its just a small local dive bar, and most of the people that come in are normals, almost all of the attractive girls that go in, actually are there with their boyfriend.
I’m pretty sure she is interested due to how she has been acting with me, in addition to that she has asked if I’m single, and how long I have been single. When I stopped by with a female friend, she pretty much ignored me until I introduced them.

Im not here too meet girls, I enjoy the normals, and my social life is crap, its there and work for the most part.
The day she asked if I was single was after a bad day, and when I was there I was just spacing out drinking

Listen to yourself here, man. You're not there to meet girls. Fine. Then you must be happy being single and have absolutely ZERO desire to ever have sex or get into a relationship.
Otherwise, you wouldn't spend ALL your time in a place where you aren't going to meet new people (including women).
And if you actually don't like being single, then don't make all these excuses to justify playing it safe and just hanging in a crowd where everyone is already paired up, instead of putting yourself out there where you could easily meet more people.
Doesn't matter. Not relevant to anything I said, really.
