Long time lurker, first time poster. Basically, I am completely new to pickup. I've had success with women, but it has been in a very limited style and always revolving around relationships. I'm looking to break out of that.

A couple of nights ago I managed my first non-relationship F-close. I can't say I was working for it, but it happened. The next day I was thrilled about it. The day after that I was crushed with one-itis. It has pretty much ruined the experience for me so far. Now I'm wondering if this is something that happens a lot when starting off in pick up? How do you deal with it?
