Dont apoligise or justify yourself, you had a great night out and fun with bros. She's one of many women out there, over thinking it and trying hard to make an impresssion is bad juju and won't do yourself any favours. Keep a frame in mind and go about your life meeting lots more females as college I hear is full of them.

Everybody likes a guy that can have a good time and not give a shit about it. I'd say it was a decent impression

First, get a handle on your drinking. Don't get totally wasted, it makes you good to no one on the evening, you feel shitty the next day and it isn't good for your health. Generally a girl who is impressed by "this one time when I was drunk" stories is unlikely to be one that you want.
All is certainly not lost with that girl. You've broken the ice and have a golden opportunity to show some vulnerability. When you talk to her again, late on through the conversation sincerely say that you weren't blanking her, but knew you wanted to have a more meaningful conversation with her, but were in no condition to do so. Try and get her to share a situation where she's been shy or embarrassed and you'll find you have some rapport building up.
Note, when you lay on the floor, it may have been funny, but people were laughing at you, not with you. That's you're biggest problem here, you've shown behaviour that you'll act the clown for approval which is a tactic someone with low personal value uses. What to do? Forget it ever happened.
