So, in short, I'm in my 30's, happily married and not looking to pick up women. HOWEVER, I have noticed that that seddit has some of the best material I've found on reddit regarding confidence and learning to truly be yourself. This may seem to be a facetious question, but are there any good examples of anyone using this material to remake themselves without wanting to get more women, or is this material too specific to seduction to be useful to me in my situation? Is there another subreddit more appropriate?

Appreciate any advice on where to start or to bet pointed to a/the more appropriate subreddit if so.
