I came to the realization that there is someone out there for you, that will meet your needs. You don't have to change yourself to meet other people's needs, just do what you want and that in itself will screen for the girls you desire. If you want sex, let girls know, they will either accept it or reject it, and that will screen out anyone out of your life who doesn't meet your standard.
This may sound like ambiguous advice, but only after a year and a half of doing pick up, and building reference experience, does this actually click in my head. Before I may have heard advice like this, and it wouldn't have meant much to me, but after meeting thousands of girls, and over 50 dates, does this now make sense to me.

Hey Qlue,
I always enjoy reading your stuff. The biggest thing I've learned about confidence is that it comes automatically with experience. A lot of the fake-it-till-you-make-it advice here is to help you push forward and get the experience you need to really feel it and internalize it.
However you do it, gaining experience approaching, talking, and escalating with women will build your confidence with even a marginal amount of success. If you begin to have success, your confidence will soar, and once you're sleeping with multiple women on a regular basis, that experience completes everything people are striving for here. You had sex 3-4 times this week with two women you're seeing. When you meet someone new at a club, do you worry or even care? No, you legitimately don't give a shit. There's no convincing yourself of this, it just happens. You see the progression with her as work and question if she's worth it. You go on a date with an attractive women and friendzone her. You realize that she's fun, challenging with her conversations and ideas, and you enjoy spending time with her, but her personality would not work with yours in a relationship. Sure you'd have casual sex with her, if she's into it, but that doesn't even matter, because your needs are being met and she add something non-sexual to your life. You realize that you can improve and get better, a lot better, but everything just becomes more fun, because you're not really outcome dependent.
