Getting numbers doesn't mean shit. Girls give out numbers like it was candy.
You have to build attraction and an emotional connection. Don't do the shitty PUA thing where you talk to them for 5 minutes and then hand them your phone. Ideally you have a nice long conversation with them with them wondering if you even want their number. And then when you do get it, you use my guide to text them:
