You need to tell her you find her very cute asap if you feel like it. Otherwise it will be weird, or you will fall into a friendzone. Also I would setup a date asap.

Is it a friendship that you want with this cute girl? If you want more in the relationship, you have to ask and/or offer her more.
"I really enjoyed our conversations about XYZ and would like to learn more about You, because you are so amazing. May I buy you a coffee and discuss maybe taking you on a real date?"
I am the mother of 4 sons that are all happy in long term relationships.
Don't use this casually or offer more than you can do. Undersell yourself, but do what you say you will.
If she agrees to coffee, ask her what she considers romantic. Listen to what she says and try to do it.

You ruin the friendship if you can't just be friends.
If she turns you down, accept with dignity. "I would really enjoy remaining friends. Is that possible?"
It ruins the friendship if you say that you want to be friends, but you keep pushing for more. Be trustworthy and dependable.

Sorry but there's no way forward without potentially ruining the friendship. Doesn't mean there's a high likelihood though. But you can't control whether or not she'll still be comfortable being friends after if she rejects you. You're just gonna have to take the risk and be ok with the outcome no matter how things go. There's no zero risk scenario here

Huh? You're the one who asked her. Why are you overthinking what hanging out means. It can mean just chilling at one of your places or you actually take her out on a date.
I usually just go with something simple like coffee, ice cream, or a bar for the first date. Maybe I start at one, move to the next, then try to move to my place from there. Sometimes I'll suggest one of these and the girl just wants to come over to my place instead. Just depends

Yeah that's why you go for a kiss. Only way to find out is to make a move. You escalate and see how they respond
It might be too soon
And when do you think not too soon would be? Trust me, better to err on the side of taking action early than waiting, or it'll only get harder for you and her interest might go down, plus she might wonder whether you actually like her or not. Worst cast scenario if she likes you and it's too soon for her is she'll just tell you that and forgive you for going for it too early. Trust me, I've been there.
Also if you keep waiting and it turns out she's not into you like that, you'll have just wasted your time

Do you really know what she considers romantic? I don't like flowers. The most romantic thing my best friends bf has done is built her a deck. They've been married 10 years and she still talks about it.
You should definitely plan the date, but asking what she enjoys gives you a direction. My best date was a picnic outside a museum and spending the afternoon discussing the art. Women are just as diverse as men, using a generic approach isn't setting you up to succeed.
