I’m a 20m at college and for our fall break I went on a backpacking trip with a group of people that most of them I didn’t know. Basically the club I’m in puts you in small groups to go backpacking somewhere. I had 2 guys and 2 girls in my group and ended up taking one of the universities cars. One of the girls was super cute and when I was driving she offered to sit in shot gun to help navigate which I thought was nice. We had some good conversations on the long car ride. When she was driving I was navigating. She always seemed to smile when I started a conversation with her when we were backpacking. Overall I had a great experience on the trip but I fear that she’s somewhat shy and will probably never reach out after the trip? She did mention that her house is planning on having a Halloween party to me and another guy in our group but she never actually invited us. I feel like if I ask her to grab coffee right after the trip would come off as desperate. I don’t want to burn a bridge right away.
