I wouldn't send that text. Instead ask her out on a date with specific plans.
"Hey, let's get together on (insert day). I want to (insert restaurant, bar, etc)."
If she doesn't say yes or reschedule with specific plans, text, "No problem."
Then meet new women.
If you're actually interested in her, you can hit her up the following week. At that point, it's a hail mary. Don't expect anything at all.
